I love to prepare meats and potatoes in an air fryer because this method gives you one of the healthiest ways to prepare them. Using almost no oil at all this cooking method isn’t just a healthy alternative to common cooking methods but it also means no sacrifice with the flavor. The food almost always tastes just how you are used to and sometimes even better.
- 2 pound pork loin
- 2 red potatoes large dice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 0 balsamic glaze
Sprinkle the seasonings over the pork loin, and potatoes
Place the pork loin, then the potatoes next to the pork in the basket of the AirFryer and close. Press the M button scroll to the roast button and set the time for 25 minutes. Press the power button.
Once the timer has elapsed remove the pork loin from the AirFryer. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing
Plate the roasted potatoes.
Slice the pork. Place 4-5 slices over the potatoes and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the pork.
Serve and enjoy
